Pulse privacy policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

Pulse is a puzzle game for Android made by Solar Sky. This page explains what data the app handles and why.

Data the game keeps

Your progress, settings, daily streaks and badges are stored only on your device. Pulse has no accounts and does not send this data to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Advertising

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and app interaction and diagnostic data to serve, measure and personalise ads and to prevent fraud. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised ads are shown. You can change that choice at any time under More > Privacy settings in the game, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Purchases

The optional "Remove ads" purchase is handled by Google Play Billing. Payment details go to Google, not to us. The app only learns whether the purchase was made.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No data leaves the device for this.

Shared links

Sharing a daily result creates a link to pulse.solarnebulae.com, which is hosted by GitHub Pages with DNS by Cloudflare. GitHub may log visits as described in its own privacy statement.

Children

Pulse is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
